Refund and Cancellation Policy

1. Cancellation Policy:

24-Hour Notice: Clients must provide at least 24 hours’ notice to cancel or reschedule a consultation or tutoring session. Cancellations or rescheduling requests made with more than 24 hours’ notice will not incur any fees.
Less than 24-Hour Notice: Cancellations or rescheduling requests made with less than 24 hours’ notice will be charged 50% of the session fee.
Exceptions may be made for emergencies at the discretion of The Happy Minds.

2. No-Show Policy:

Clients who do not show up for a scheduled session without prior notice will be charged the full session fee.

3. Refund Policy:

Consultations: Fees for consultations are non-refundable but can be rescheduled with proper notice.
Tutoring Packages: Refunds for prepaid tutoring packages are available if the request is made within 14 days of purchase and if no sessions have been used. Partial refunds for partially used packages will be considered on a case-by-case basis.

4. Satisfaction Guarantee:

If a client is not satisfied with a session, they may request a review. We strive to ensure every session meets our high standards and will work to address any concerns.

5. Emergency Cancellations:

In the event of an emergency (e.g., illness, family emergency), please contact us as soon as possible. We will make every effort to accommodate rescheduling without penalty.

6. Changes to Policy:

The Happy Minds reserves the right to modify this policy at any time. Clients will be notified of any changes.
